Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Covenant Christian walked away with it. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Sheridan Blackhawks on Monday. The result was nothing new for Covenant Christian, who have now won 12 contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Sheridan from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Will Doan led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

Covenant Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That somehow still isn't as good as their 15-1-1 record this season. As for Sheridan, their loss dropped their record down to 5-10.

Coming up, Covenant Christian will challenge Bethesda Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Sheridan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
