Baseball Game Preview: Mission San Jose Warriors vs. Irvington Vikings

On Wednesday, Mission San Jose didn't have quite enough to beat Irvington and fell 2-1. That's two games in a row now that the Warriors have lost by just one run.

For Irvington's part, Devin Patel tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits over 4.2 innings pitched. Patel has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances.
