Softball Recap: Trinity Christian Academy Has No Trouble Against Parsons Christian Academy

While Trinity Christian Academy put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Parsons Christian Academy. The Conquerors were the clear victors by an 18-0 margin over the Lions. Considering the Conquerors have won five matchups by more than eight runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Julianna Chavez was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. Abbi Edwards also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.

The win got Trinity Christian Academy back to even at 6-6. As for Parsons Christian Academy, their defeat was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-9.

Coincidentally, Trinity Christian Academy and Parsons Christian Academy will both be playing Old Plank Christian Academy the next time they take the field. The Conquerors will host the Defenders at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Lions will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
