Football Game Preview: Eastside Catholic Crusaders vs. Southridge Suns + How To Watch

The Eastside Catholic Crusaders will face off against the Southridge Suns at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Eastside Catholic will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

Eastside Catholic is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They breezed past University to the tune of 48-0. The result was nothing new for the Crusaders, who have now won seven contests by 32 points or more so far this season.

Eastside Catholic's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Daniel Jones, who rushed for 96 yards and two TDs on only ten carries. Tytan McNeal was another key player, picking up 67 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Eastside Catholic's run defense was locked in: University could only muster 1.1 yards per carry. The Crusaders didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 9.1.

Eastside Catholic didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Cade Boehl and Junior Rasileka.

Meanwhile, in a tight matchup that could have gone either way, Southridge made off with a 29-28 victory over Mt. Spokane.
