Volleyball Recap: Fairborn Takes a Loss

Fairborn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Greenville Green Wave. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Green Wave this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-17, 27-29, 25-10, 25-17.

Fairborn's defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Greenville, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fairborn will welcome Springfield at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Greenville, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against West Carrollton at 7:00 p.m.
