Volleyball Recap: Carlsbad Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Carlsbad was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 3-1 to the Artesia Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cavemen/Cavegirls of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Carlsbad started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 28-26, 25-6, 25-16.

Carlsbad's loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Carlsbad has already played their next game (against Lovington), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Artesia, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Alamogordo on the 28th.
