Basketball Recap: Pike Valley's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Pike Valley had to endure a six-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They secured a 46-41 W over the Solomon Gorillas on Friday. This was payback for the Panthers, who suffered a 64-42 loss the last time these two teams met.

Pike Valley was led to victory by Breanna Reeves and Kylie Loring. Reeves went 9 of 16 on her way to 26 points and three steals, while Loring went 6 of 15 on her way to 15 points and four steals.
