Landry Warner was a major factor in Lutheran's win over Lewis-Palmer on Thursday. Warner turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances.

Warner's strong effort led Lutheran over Lewis-Palmer and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. Thanks in part to Warner's efforts, the Lions will roll in on a seven-game winning streak. Will Warner and the rest of the team keep the streak alive?
