On Monday, the Spartanburg Vikings beat the James Island Trojans 53-40. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

Spartanburg was led to victory by Azaria Sims and Kamryn Sainvil. Sims went 5 for 10 on her way to 13 points in addition to five boards and five steals, while Sainvil went 7 of 13 on her way to 17 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaylee Nelson, who posted eight points and five rebounds.
