Stephen Samsel leads Chenango Forks to victory over Windsor Central

Recap: Chenango Forks Blue Devils vs. Windsor Central Black Knights
The Chenango Forks Blue Devils have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 23 points or more this season. Everything went their way against Windsor Central on Tuesday as Chenango Forks made off with a 53-30 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Chenango Forks also won the last time the pair played on December 1st.
Stephen Samsel was his usual excellent self, scoring 28 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. The game was his sixth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Ethan Vaseleck, who scored eight points.
Chenango Forks' victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Windsor Central, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chenango Forks will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against Bainbridge-Guilford at 12:00 p.m. on December 29th. Windsor Central will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Chenango Valley at 7:15 p.m. on January 3, 2024.
