It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Riverside had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 6-0 margin over the Mohawk Area Warriors. The win was nothing new for the Panthers as they're now sitting on ten straight.

Mohawk Area's batters probably weren't too happy with Zach Hare, who pitched a no hitter and racked up 13 Ks (he gave up three walks). Hare has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in nine consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Dylan Meyer was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. Sean Hayes was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Riverside was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .379. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their batting average total in three consecutive matchups.

Riverside's record now sits at 19-2. As for Mohawk Area, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-12 record this season.

As of now, neither Riverside nor Mohawk Area have any future games scheduled.
