Softball Recap: Crimson Cliffs Mustangs vs. Dixie Flyers        
        
		
            
 Crimson Cliffs entered their tilt with Dixie with two consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Dixie Flyers 8-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Crimson Cliffs also won the last time the pair played  back in April of 2023.
  Gracee Stucki spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered one  run (which was  unearned)  on five hits and racked up eight Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in eight consecutive pitching appearances.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Paisley Lantz, who  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in three of her five plate appearances.  Sophie Staheli was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing three bases.
 On Dixie's side, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Eliza Kesterson, who  went 2-for-2 with a  stolen base and  an  RBI.
 Crimson Cliffs pushed their record up to 11-10 with that  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. As for Dixie, they have  not been sharp recently as the team has  lost seven of their last eight matchups,  which put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record  this season.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Crimson Cliffs will take on Dixie at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Dixie, their homestand will continue as they prepare to take on Page at 7:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
