The third road contest was the charm for Oak Grove, as they earned their first away win of the season. They enjoyed a cozy 28-14 victory over the Del Mar Dons on Friday. The Eagles' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Oak Grove found their leader in sophomore Noah Vierra, who rushed for 207 yards and two TDs.

Oak Grove was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 255 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Although Del Mar took the loss, they still got scores from Nico Collins and Eli Lenihan.

Oak Grove's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Del Mar, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
