Volleyball Recap: Maricopa Comes Up Short

Maricopa lost against Desert Mountain back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Rams took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wolves.

Maricopa's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Desert Mountain, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-15 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Maricopa will head out to face off against Canyon del Oro at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Desert Mountain, they will venture away from home to square off against Horizon at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
