Soccer Recap: SkyView Academy Takes a Loss

SkyView Academy's game on Friday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Colorado Springs Christian Lions by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that SkyView Academy have lost by just one goal.

Their goal came courtesy of Sawyer Gray, who's now up to six this season.

This is the second loss in a row for SkyView Academy and nudges their season record down to 6-4. As for Colorado Springs Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2-1 record this season.

SkyView Academy is taking a road trip to take on Heritage Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Colorado Springs Christian, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Thomas MacLaren School at 4:00 p.m. on the 7th.
