Volleyball Recap: Union Takes a Loss

Union was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Eastern Hancock Royals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rockets of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-17, 25-14.

Union's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Eastern Hancock, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-2 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Union is set to square off against their familiar foe Daleville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Eastern Hancock will face off against rival Wapahani at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
