Soccer Game Preview: Dillon vs. Aynor

The Dillon Wildcats will welcome the Aynor Blue Jackets at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Dillon's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Friday just wasn't the day for Dillon's offense. They came up short against Marlboro County on Friday, falling 7-0.

Meanwhile, Aynor also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 8-0 to Waccamaw on Friday. While losing is never fun, Aynor can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 139th, while Waccamaw are ranked 28th).

Dillon's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Aynor, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-5.
