Volleyball Game Preview: Northgate Broncos vs. Berkeley Yellowjackets

The Northgate Broncos will square off against the Berkeley Yellowjackets at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Northgate comes in on eight and Berkeley on five.

Northgate is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Bishop O'Dowd.

Northgate not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Bishop O'Dowd between 14 and 17 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-17, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Berkeley made easy work of College Park on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

The win didn't come easy: College Park scored at least 18 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 26-24, 25-23.

Berkeley's victory bumped their record up to 24-4. As for Northgate, their win bumped their record up to 31-1.
