Mayflower came into Tuesday's matchup looking for another win against Dover, but Early Jackson wouldn't allow it. The Pirates blew past the Eagles 3-0 on Tuesday for which the team can thank Jackson, who had 22 digs and four assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last eight games she's played.

The 3-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-23, 28-26.

The victory snapped Dover's losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 9-15 record. As for Mayflower, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-8.
