Soccer Recap: Irondequoit Comes Up Short

Irondequoit came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 5-1 to the Churchville-Chili Saints. Irondequoit were not able to make up for their defeat to Churchville-Chili from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Irondequoit now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Churchville-Chili, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Irondequoit will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Gates Chili at 7:30 p.m. As for Churchville-Chili, they will head out on the road to take on Spencerport at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
