Mesa Ridge hadn't done well against Pueblo West recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Grizzlies came out on top against the Cyclones by a score of 22-15. For the Grizzlies, this counts as revenge for the 31-28 victory the Cyclones walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

The critical scores for Mesa Ridge came from Jakehlan Watts, Tre Salas, and Leland Frescaz.

The win made it two in a row for Mesa Ridge and bumps their season record up to 3-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 31.5 points over those games. As for Pueblo West, they moved to 5-2 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
