Basketball Recap: Ferris Comes Up Short

Ferris was the 65-32 winner over Life Waxahachie when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Ferris Yellowjackets took a 37-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Life Waxahachie Mustangs on Tuesday.

Ferris now has a losing record at 11-12. As for Life Waxahachie, the victory snapped their losing streak at ten games and leaves them with a 4-18 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ferris will host Venus at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Life Waxahachie, they will welcome Hillsboro at 5:45 p.m. on Friday.
