The home team had won the previous four meetings between Glasgow and Franklin-Simpson, and Glasgow kept the tradition alive. The Scotties had just enough and edged out the Wildcats 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Scotties have posted since August 18th.

Glasgow's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-10. As for Franklin-Simpson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-15-1.

Glasgow wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Butler County on the 13th. Hopefully Franklin-Simpson paid attention to the Scotties' match: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Scotties at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.
