While Burrell's win against Leechburg wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bucs skirted past the Blue Devils 4-3.

Burrell saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Adam Wass, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one RBI. That's the most stolen bases Wass has posted since back in April.

Burrell has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for Leechburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-6.

Burrell has already played their next game (against Highlands), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Leechburg, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 6-3 loss against Apollo Ridge on the 7th.
