Volleyball Recap: Mobridge-Pollock Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Monday. Mobridge-Pollock came up short against Groton, falling 3-0. Mobridge-Pollock has struggled against Groton recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-13, 25-19.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Groton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jerica Locke, who had 22 digs and one assist. That's the most digs Locke has posted since back in August. Another player making a difference was Sydney Locke, who had ten digs and three aces.

Mobridge-Pollock's record now sits at 10-9. As for Groton, their win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mobridge-Pollock will face off against Ipswich at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Groton, they will take on Britton-Hecla at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
