Football Game Preview: Lovell vs. Mountain View

Lovell may have come out ahead in their last contest, but they shouldn't get too cocky given who is up next. They will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Mountain View at 7:00 PM. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both teams put up some lofty point totals in their previous games, so things might heat up even more when they meet up.

Lovell were fully in charge last Friday, breezing past Shoshoni 57-0. Lovell were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

Mountain View had a rough outing against Cokeville two weeks ago, but a little bit of home cooking seems to have fixed things right up. Mountain View took their match against Big Piney by a conclusive 35-6 score.

Their wins lifted both teams to an identical 1-1. After both teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one of them is set up to suffer a discouraging change of fortune.
