Soccer Game Preview: Continental vs. Riverdale + How To Watch

The Continental Pirates will challenge the Riverdale Falcons at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Continental's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Continental came up short against Liberty-Benton on Monday, falling 6-1. The loss was Continental's first of the season.

Their goal came courtesy of Hunter Varner, who's now up to nine this season.

Meanwhile, Riverdale can bid farewell to their eight-match losing streak thanks to their match on Thursday. They blew past Cory-Rawson 7-1. Riverdale's offense finally found a way to get into gear: the high-octane performance was a 180-degree turn from their last three games.

Riverdale's victory bumped their record up to 3-9. As for Continental, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 8-1-2.
