Soccer Game Preview: Royal vs. East Chambers

The Royal Falcons will challenge the East Chambers Buccaneers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

Royal is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They never let Washington get on the board and left with an 8-0 win. Royal might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 16 matches by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Washington from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Angel Diaz led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, East Chambers had already won eight in a row and they went ahead and made it nine on Friday. Everything went their way against the Tigers as they made off with an 8-0 victory. The contest marked East Chambers' most dominant win of the season.

Royal is on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-3-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 118 goals over those 16 matchups. East Chambers' win bumped their record up to 17-2-1.

Royal came up short against East Chambers in their previous matchup back in January, falling 3-1. Can Royal avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
