Soccer Recap: Uvalde Comes Up Short

Uvalde lost against Floresville back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Uvalde Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) lost 5-1 to the Floresville Tigers/Jaguars. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) were already down 4-0.

This is the second loss in a row for Uvalde and nudges their season record down to 5-6. As for Floresville, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-6.

Coincidentally, Uvalde and Floresville will both be playing Pleasanton the next time they take the pitch. Floresville will host Pleasanton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Uvalde will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on February 25th.
