Basketball Recap: Elk Rapids Takes a Loss

Elk Rapids lost against Kingsley back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Elk Rapids Elks fell 45-34 to the Kingsley Stags.

Elk Rapids' loss dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Kingsley, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Elk Rapids will face off against Charlevoix at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Kingsley, they will take on Cheboygan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
