Basketball Recap: Bluffton Starts Season with Win Against Jefferson

Bluffton gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They took their match with ease, bagging an 84-50 victory over the Jefferson Wildcats. That's more bragging rights for the Pirates, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bluffton will be home for the holidays to greet Riverdale at 7:00 p.m. on December 20th. As for Jefferson, they will welcome Wapakoneta at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
