Volleyball Recap: Unity Christian Comes Up Short

Unity Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Quad Cities Christian Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in April.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-15, 25-21.

Unity Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Quad Cities Christian, they pushed their record up to 9-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Unity Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Quad Cities Christian, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Varsity Opponent on the 6th.
