Soccer Recap: Mountainside Comes Up Short

Mountainside lost to Great Hearts Anthem back in January of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Wolves lost 7-0 to the Eagles.

Mountainside's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Great Hearts Anthem, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-1-1 and their overall record up to 4-1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Mountainside is set to square off against their familiar foe Kingman Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Great Hearts Anthem will challenge rival Highland Prep West at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
