After a string of five wins, North Penn-Liberty's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They took a blow against the Troy Trojans, falling 83-37. The contest marked the Mountie's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Several Mountie players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Louis Mercantino, who posted eight points. The team also got some help courtesy of Connor Lewis, who had four points.

North Penn-Liberty's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-7. As for Troy, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-2.

North Penn-Liberty will square off against Northeast Bradford at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
