New Mexico School for the Deaf's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Tyrel Wilding threw for 43 and one touchdown and Kendrick Skeets had 35 yards receiving. On the ground Immanuel Neubauer chipped in 48 yards.
New Mexico School for the Deaf's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Roadrunners feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Julio Ruiz has thrown for 358 yards and nine touchdowns this season, while Zachary Lee has 11 catches for 226 yards. Neubauer leads the league in rushing with 281 yards.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between Hondo and the Roadrunners. The Eagles enters the game ranked 12th in the state, while New Mexico School for the Deaf ranks eighth.
The Mountaineers led the league in scoring this week after putting up 71 points on the Cougars.
