Volleyball Recap: Box Elder Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Box Elder can now relate to. They fell just short of the Olympus Titans by a score of 3-2 on Friday. The Bees just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Box Elder started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 21-25, 25-17, 27-25, 15-10.

Box Elder's defeat dropped their record down to 15-14. As for Olympus, the victory got them back to even at 12-12.

Box Elder does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Olympus, they will square off against Maple Mountain at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday. The Golden Eagles will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Titans surely won't give up without a fight.
