Volleyball Recap: National Cathedral Victorious

National Cathedral won the last time they faced Chapelgate Christian Academy and things went their way on Saturday too. National Cathedral came out on top against Chapelgate Christian Academy by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for National Cathedral.

Lilly Kennedy paced National Cathedral's offense, picking up nine kills. Kennedy also shared the team's lead in assists with Dina Leigh: they picked up ten each. Kennedy Williams controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

National Cathedral's victory bumped their record up to 9-1-1. As for Chapelgate Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

National Cathedral wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against School Without Walls on the 20th. As for Chapelgate Christian Academy, they will venture away from home to challenge John Carroll at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
