            Softball Recap: Daniel Lions vs. Greer Yellow Jackets        
        
		
        
        
            Daniel's game  on Tuesday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Friday. They walked away with  an   8-4  victory over the Greer Yellow Jackets. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Yellow Jackets recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive  win against them.
 Addy Fraser spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on ten hits and racked up six Ks. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in 12 consecutive appearances.

 On the hitting side, Daniel got a  massive  performance out of  Bryn Chasteen, who  went 3-for-4 with two  stolen bases, two  runs,  and one  double. That's the most  hits  Chasteen has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was  Brynn Fitzpatrick, who  went 3-for-4 with two  runs, one  double,  and one  RBI.
 Daniel was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .444. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Greer only posted a  batting average of  .303.
Daniel's victory bumped their record up to 10-14. As for Greer, their loss was  their sixth straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 3-15-2.
As of now, neither Daniel nor the Yellow Jackets have any future games scheduled.
