Baseball Recap: Perth Amboy Comes Up Short

Perth Amboy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They came up short against the Metuchen Bulldogs, falling 12-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Panthers were not able to get on the board.

Perth Amboy saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jariel Dominguez, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Perth Amboy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Metuchen, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Looking ahead, Perth Amboy will challenge Robbinsville at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Metuchen, they will be playing at home against Colonia at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
