Softball Recap: Abraham Lincoln Comes Up Short

After flying high against Kensington last Thursday, Abraham Lincoln came back down to earth. The Railsplitters fell 15-12 to the Northeast Vikings on Thursday. The Railsplitters were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2022.

Abraham Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Northeast, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Abraham Lincoln will take on George Washington at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Northeast, they will square off against Carver High School of Engineering & Science at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday.
