Columbine came tearing into Thursday's match with three straight wins dating back to last season, and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Imperial Tigers.

Sofia Screaton paced Columbine's offense, picking up ten kills. Screaton got some help from Maddie Lynett and her 28 assists. Maya Hochmuth controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Columbine's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Imperial, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Columbine didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Brook Hill on the 28th. As for Imperial, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against American Heritage on the 28th.
