Soccer Recap: Kankakee Valley Find Success

Kankakee Valley won the last time they faced Morgan Township and things went their way on Monday too. The Kougars came out on top against the Cherokees by a score of 4-2. Kankakee Valley's winning goal came courtesy of Juliet Skowronski.

Kankakee Valley's win bumped their record up to 8-4-1. As for Morgan Township, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kankakee Valley will take on Hobart at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Kankakee Valley's defense better be ready for this one: Hobart have averaged an impressive 4.4 goals per game this season. As for Morgan Township, they will challenge Kouts at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Kouts will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Morgan Township surely won't give up without a fight.
