Soccer Game Preview: Sebring vs. Lake Buena Vista

The Sebring Blue Streaks will challenge the Lake Buena Vista Vipers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Sebring came up short against Fort Meade on Friday, falling 4-1. While losing is never fun, the Blue Streaks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 459th, while the Miners are ranked 182nd).

Sebring's goal came courtesy of Leoandro Correa, which was the first he's scored this season.

Meanwhile, Lake Buena Vista was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 4-2 to Cypress Creek.

Sebring has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8-3 record this season. As for Lake Buena Vista, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-11-2.
