Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask McQuaid Jesuit). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Wilson Magnet Wildcats 81-40. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

McQuaid Jesuit's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jaiyden Jones led the charge by dropping a double-double on 13 points and 12 rebounds. The dominant performance gave Jones a new career-high in boards. Henry Fox was another key player, going 7 of 11 on his way to 20 points.

McQuaid Jesuit smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in three consecutive matches.

McQuaid Jesuit's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-10. As for Wilson Magnet, their loss was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-11.

McQuaid Jesuit will face off against Aquinas Institute at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Aquinas Institute will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something McQuaid Jesuit surely won't give up without a fight. Wilson Magnet has already played their next contest (against Bishop Kearney), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
