Basketball Game Preview: Oregon City Pioneers vs. Roseburg Indians

The Oregon City Pioneers will be taking part in a tournament against the Roseburg Indians at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Oregon City knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven contests -- so hopefully Roseburg likes a good challenge.

Oregon City is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Oregon's top teams: Tualatin, who was ranked second at the time (Oregon City was ranked 13th). Oregon City lost 76-56 to Tualatin on Monday. The Pioneers have struggled against the Timberwolves recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Roseburg took a blow against Corvallis last Tuesday, falling 83-43. The game marked the Indians' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Roseburg's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Oregon City, their loss dropped their record down to 5-2.
