Cheney Tech waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Goodwin Tech Gladiators by a score of 41-31. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 36-20 back in January.

Cheney Tech's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ella Moskites, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 15 boards. Moskites is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as she's posted one of at least 45% in the last three games she's played. Trinity Hazel was another key player, dropping a double-double on 15 points and 11 steals.

Cheney Tech smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in six consecutive contests.

Cheney Tech's victory bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Goodwin Tech, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cheney Tech will take on Grasso RVT at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Goodwin Tech, they will face off against Grasso Tech at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
