Beckman extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Marina Babayani. The Patriots walked away with a 26-19 victory over the Centennial Huskies on Tuesday thanks in part to Babayani, who threw for 227 yards and three TDs while completing 73.3% of her passes, and also rushed for 65 yards and one touchdown. She is becoming a predictor of Beckman's success: when she posts at least three passing touchdowns the team is undefeated (and 2-6 when she doesn't).

Beckman's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Centennial, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-7.

Beckman didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 48-0 victory against Capistrano Valley on the 10th. As for Centennial, they have also already played their next contest, a 31-19 defeat against Linfield Christian on the 10th.
