Football Recap: Cardinal Newman Starts Season with Win Against Glades Central

Cardinal Newman took care of business in their home opener on Thursday. They snuck past the Glades Central Raiders with a 12-6 victory.

Cardinal Newman wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 12-0 win against Forest Hill on the 18th. As for Glades Central, they will take on Suncoast at 6:00 p.m. on February 20th. Glades Central is coming into the game on an eight-game losing streak dating back to last season.
