Volleyball Recap: Mililani Gets the Win

It's playoff time, and Mililani had no trouble coming through when it counted. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Konawaena Wildcats on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Trojans.

Kadence Wilson had a dynamite game, getting 29 digs and one assist. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last seven games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Rylyn Kaopuiki-Kaikaina, who had 15 digs and six kills.

Mililani's victory bumped their record up to 16-14. As for Konawaena, with the loss, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 9-6.

Looking ahead, Mililani will challenge 'Iolani at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Konawaena does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
