Volleyball Recap: Colts Neck Victorious

Colts Neck hadn't done well against Howell recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Cougars skirted past the Rebels 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Cougars have posted since May 8, 2024.

Colts Neck has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-3 record this season. As for Howell, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 3-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Colts Neck will square off against rival Christian Brothers Academy at 10:00 a.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Howell is set to challenge their familiar foe Freehold Boro at 10:00 a.m. on Monday.
